However, in the rare instance that you receive defective or mis-shipped product, you can return the item to us.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 1-800-789-3579. Please provide order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items. Clear, color photos of damaged item(s) is most helpful and can speed up the return process.
Due to the nature of personal care items, we can only accept returns for UNUSED items in its original packaging.
Returning items is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Email email@example.com or call 1-800-789-3579 and tell us about the problem -- whether the product is mis-shipped or defective-- within 7 days of receipt of order for replacement or refund. (Note: All mis-shipped products must be returned UNUSED.)
- We will reply with instructions with how you can ship back the wrong or defective product back to us at our expense. Once we receive the wrong or defective product, we will provide a refund or exchange and shipping cost if applicable. However, if returned for any other reason other than a defective or wrong product, only the product will be refunded. The shipping expenses will not be refunded.
