All things considered, I think I can be excused for my escapist tendencies as of late. 
 
While hatching my escape plan, I remembered the first time I heard about lucid dreaming in a 2019 podcast interview with Jenny Odell, an artist and best-selling author of the book, How to Do Nothing: Resisting the Attention Economy. (Which, btw, is amazing.)
