Earth Therapeutics is here to provide you with excellent, high quality products.

However, in the rare instance that you receive defective or mis-shipped product, you can return the item to us.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 1-800-789-3579. Please provide order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items. Clear, color photos of damaged item(s) is most helpful and can speed up the return process.

Returning items is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Email [service@earththerapeutics.us] or call [1-800-789-3579] and tell us about the problem -- whether product is mis-shipped or defective-- within 7 days of receipt of order for replacement or refund. (Note: Mis-shipped product must be returned UNUSED.)

2. We will reply with instructions with how you can ship back the wrong or defective product back to us at our expense. Items must be shipped back to us with a copy of the original invoice and a printout of our reply.

All Earth Therapeutics® metal implements are guaranteed to be superior in lasting performance and free from manufacturing defects.

We repair or replace (at our option) defective tools, within the continental US. If a replacement is to be shipped outside the continental US, shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Please call customer service at 1-800-789-3579 for instructions.

If your tool is damaged (as opposed to "defective") and cannot be repaired, we will email a coupon to purchase a new implement at half its current suggested price, redeemable at earththerapeutics.com. Please send us your email address. Your original implement will not be returned.

Send tool insured in a padded mailer, with your name, address, phone number, email address and reason for returning the tool to:

Please make sure you can track your package. Earth Therapeutics is not responsible for lost packages. This guarantee is not applicable where implement has been abused, mishandled, or serviced through a source other than Earth Therapeutics®. Normal wear and tear is not covered under our Manufacturer warranty programs. All implements must be cleaned thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and cloth or tissue before sending to Earth Therapeutics. We will not accept any implements that have not been cleaned. Please allow 4-6 weeks.

Unfortunately, we are NOT able to accept shoes back for a return or exchange if they show signs of wear unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.

Please follow these guidelines for trying out footwear:

1. If you are unsure you want to keep your footwear, please do not wear them outside.

2. Please test footwear at home on carpeted surfaces to preserve the new sole.

3. Avoid wearing new footwear for prolonged periods until you're sure the fit is correct.
