Gentle Peeling Foot Mask with Hemp Seed Oil

- Remove nail polish from toenails.
- Wash and dry feet.
- In each sachet is a pair of booties infused with the exfoliating formulation. Depending on the type of foot mask, the booties may be sealed on top. If you have a sealed pair, carefully cut the top of each bootie (0.5 in. from top) with scissors. Insert feet into booties and cinch them at ankles to secure.
- Once the booties are on - relax, watch TV, read or whatever floats your boat - for 60 - 90 minutes. During this time, if you choose to walk around, take precautions and put on a pair of socks (over the booties) or slippers so you can walk safely.
- After 60 - 90 minutes, take off the booties in a safe, non-slip area. Wipe off excess formulation and dispose of used booties. Rinse feet under warm water and dry.
- After a few days, dead skin cells will start to peel. Allow 3 -7 days for the peeling to commence. The amount of time varies from person to person - and you may even have different experiences with the same product depending on season or other variables - the only constant is change! - so please be patient if you don't see the peeling when expected and wait a little longer.
- As skin begins to peel, resist the temptation to pull or forcibly remove dead cells. Leave the process to do its work, which may take between 1 to 2 weeks. If this is your first time and your feet are thick with hard skin and calluses, you may repeat the mask 4 weeks after the first application.
